Anyone who is considering purchasing a foreclosed/bank owned property needs to be fully familiar with the issues presented by foreclosure contracts. We have also handled hundreds of transactions where our clients are purchasing homes from relocation companies. Relocation contracts are also frequently very different from standard real estate contracts and we advise our clients on those differences and the potential dangers these contracts present.

Loan officers and underwriting departments we work with are automatically updated when contracts are signed, title issues are resolved and when files are ready to be scheduled. The Trid-Tracker also monitors the collection of data and documents needed to complete the Closing Disclosure Form.
